1. Who operates Claw

Good Bones Claw (“Claw”) is an AI-assisted business operations tool operated by Good Bones Web. Claw helps authorized users manage routine business workflows, including email review, classification, drafting, sending, follow-up, and operational recordkeeping.

2. Information Claw may access

When a user connects a Google Account, Claw may access the Google data covered by the permissions the user grants. Depending on the enabled features, this can include Gmail messages, message metadata and headers, labels, drafts, sent messages, and related account information required to provide the requested workflow.

Claw may also create and retain operational records needed to run and audit workflows, such as message identifiers, contact status, classifications, suppression or opt-out state, follow-up state, generated drafts, timestamps, and limited message content needed for the enabled feature.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Claw features that the user has enabled. Examples include identifying replies, bounces, and opt-outs; preparing or sending authorized business messages; organizing follow-up; and maintaining workflow state.

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising or retargeting, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

4. Automated and AI processing

Claw may use automated systems and AI-assisted processing to classify messages, prepare drafts, identify workflow events, and perform configured business tasks. Google user data is processed only as necessary to provide the enabled Claw functionality and is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

5. Sharing and transfers

Good Bones Web does not sell Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only when necessary to operate Claw, protect the service, comply with law, or provide a user-requested feature, and only subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.

Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted by Google policy, such as when the user affirmatively requests support involving specific data, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Authentication credentials, OAuth tokens, and operational data are protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Claw retains data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide enabled features, maintain operational or legal records, protect the service, or fulfill a user request.

Users can revoke Claw’s Google access through their Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future access through the revoked authorization. Users may also contact Good Bones Web to request deletion of Claw-held operational data where applicable.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Good Bones Web’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children

Claw is a business operations service and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

Good Bones Web may update this policy as Claw changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
