1. The service
Good Bones Claw (“Claw”) is an AI-assisted business operations tool operated by Good Bones Web. Claw may help authorized users review and classify business communications, prepare or send configured messages, organize follow-up, and support other operational workflows.
2. Authorization and connected accounts
You may connect third-party services, including Google services, only when you are authorized to use those accounts. By granting OAuth permissions, you authorize Claw to use the granted access solely for the features you enable, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing connected permissions, maintaining the security of your accounts, and revoking access when you no longer want Claw to use a connected service.
3. User control and automated actions
Claw can perform automated tasks according to rules and permissions configured by the user. Some routine actions may operate under standing authorization. Higher-impact actions may require separate approval depending on the configured workflow. You remain responsible for the business decisions, permissions, and instructions you give Claw.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Claw for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, prohibited spam, abuse of third-party platforms, or activity that violates applicable law or the terms and policies of connected services.
5. AI and automation limitations
Automated systems can make mistakes. Claw may misclassify information, generate an inaccurate draft, fail to detect context, or encounter service interruptions. Users should apply appropriate human review to consequential communications and decisions.
6. Privacy and Google user data
Use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Good Bones Web’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Availability and changes
Good Bones Web may modify, suspend, or discontinue Claw features as the service develops, including to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business outcome.
8. No guarantee of business results
Claw is a productivity and operations tool. Good Bones Web does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, customer conversion, deliverability, search ranking, or any other commercial result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Bones Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Claw, third-party services, automated actions, or service interruptions.
10. Termination
You may stop using Claw and revoke connected-service permissions at any time. Good Bones Web may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or protection of users and third parties.
11. Changes to these terms
Good Bones Web may update these terms as Claw changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
