Services

Technology that earns its place in the business.

We do not sell complexity. We identify what would make the business clearer, faster, or easier to operate, then build the simplest serious solution.

Our ruleUseful before impressive.

The best result can still look exceptional—it just should not create unnecessary work for the owner.

Website standard

The client site proves the work. Our site proves the whole system.

Trotter’s demonstrates strong photography, product categories, starting prices, a six-step order process, FAQs, and detailed intake. Good Bones adds the broader architecture required of the builder: transparent services, project methodology, review governance, case studies, and owner approval controls.

Common add-ons include specialty pages, advanced galleries, booking, e-commerce, custom forms and lead capture, Google Business Profile work, local SEO, review systems, AI website assistants, lead follow-up automation, CRM/customer-management work, business automation, and custom AI systems.

What is a $35 Support Day?

It is a one-day block for approved minor update work after a Starter or Standard plan's included support window. It is charged only when Good Bones performs requested minor update work; it is not a recurring $35-per-calendar-day fee.

Scope questions

Clear expectations before work begins.

How is the website build price calculated?

Starter templates are $99 setup, Standard websites are $199–$399 setup plus $40/month, and Custom websites start at $500 setup plus $60/month. Add-ons and material new functionality are quoted separately.

What support is included?

Starter includes 14 days of post-launch customer support. Standard includes 30 days, then its $40 monthly service covers hosting and technical upkeep while minor customer-requested changes may use $35 Support Days. Custom includes unlimited ongoing reasonable support for questions, troubleshooting, and minor content changes.

Can every website have multiple pages?

Yes. The structure depends on the amount of real content, the customer journey, and the accepted scope. Multiple pages are useful when they improve navigation, search visibility, or clarity—not merely to inflate page count.

Can you add e-commerce, booking, AI, or automation?

Yes when the scope is appropriate, but those are add-ons or custom work because integrations, payment processing, data handling, operating costs, and ongoing responsibility vary by project.

Do I have to use AI?

No. AI is offered only when it solves a real business problem. A strong website may be the only technology a business needs right now.
