Claw helps authorized users organize business email, identify replies and opt-outs, prepare follow-ups, and carry out configured routine workflows. The human owner remains responsible for permissions, policy, and high-impact decisions.
Claw uses only the permissions a user grants and is designed to keep access, workflow rules, and approval boundaries visible and revocable.
What Claw does
When connected to Google services, Claw can use authorized Gmail access to read messages needed for business workflows, classify replies, detect bounces and opt-outs, prepare or send authorized messages, and maintain follow-up state.
Claw does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, determine creditworthiness, or use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Access and control
Google permissions are granted through OAuth and can be revoked from the user's Google Account. Good Bones Web requests the narrowest permissions needed for enabled features.
